It has been a while since we've written a Stratigraph, but the announcement of a new Battlefield title (2042) seemed like a good opportunity to get back into the flow. And like many big new games, something is definitely wrong with the new Battlefield. It looks cool, yes, but it's theme is horrible and EA just went full Ubisoft: 'it's not political' on us.

Those who watch some of our streams know that Wikipedia holds a special place in these play sessions, as we often need to look things up in the online encyclopedia (Wiki-crutch). Assassin's Creed Valhalla has now been released! To give their story a bit more context, Ubisoft also made a podcast about the time in which their new game is set. They promise us a 'new story' about the Vikings and use experts, comedians and atmospherical music to get this across, so what do we think?
